Students will receive a tuition refund based on the Private Occupational Training Act.

(a) Serves written notice to the Private Training Organization.

(b) the duration of the occupational training program as expressed in the student contract will be divided into quarterly increments.

(c) a quarter shall be deemed to be completed if instructions has actually been undertaken in that quarter and previous quarters have been fully completed.

Please note that if a student drops out of a program, student(S) will be responsible for their portion of tuition attended, all books and materials and a $500.00 administration fee.  Any application fees or seat confirmation fees are non-refundable.
